This is the current (2026) Environmental Assessment, prepared by FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission), and released on August 21st, 2026.

From FERC: Any person wishing to comment on the EA may do so. To ensure consideration of your comments on the proposal prior to making a decision on the Projects, it is important that the Commission receive your comments on or before 5:00 pm Eastern Time on September 21, 2026.
